PAYMENT POLICY
*$500 Deposit is due by September 30, 2024 in order to hold booth space.  
*After September 30, the $500 deposit is required to reserve booth space
*Full payment is required by March 31, 2025
*Beginning April 1, 2025, full payment due when reserving booth space

CANCELLATION POLICY
*All cancellations must be received by email to lerash@texaschemistry.org
*Through December 31, 2024 - 75% refund of what's been paid
*January 1 - March 31, 2025 - 50% refund of what's been paid
*Beginning April 1, 2025 - No refund


EXHIBITOR BADGE REGISTRATION
*Exhibitors must register for their booth badges separately and should not register under attendee registration.  We will offer discount pricing to our exhibitors who purchase additional full conference badges (pricing will be posted in early, 2025).  Exhibit Hall only passes will be available for purchase during your registration process.  The exhibitor registration link will be sent out by email in February, 2025.
